Our stay at Radford Place in Exeter was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to the city center and the event we were attending. The property was perfectly sized for our group and the patio and garden area were a nice bonus.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the property being basic and small, and the lack of some kitchen utensils, overall our stay was enjoyable. The convenience of the location and the comfortable accommodations outweighed any small inconveniences we encountered.

We had a great stay at this cozy terraced house in a quiet area. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the canal and cathedral. The house was well decorated and kept us warm during the cold weather. The communication from the hosts was excellent and they even surprised us with toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The hot water for showers was also a plus. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
The front door was difficult to shut and required a loud slam, which was a minor inconvenience.

I always return because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, express check-in/out, and cots. The staff helped me find tasty food during my first stay. I'll be back for Easter!

Nice fireplace and hairdryer. Free WiFi, but only if you're willing to share it with other guests.
So glad they didn't offer parking. Who needs a convenient place to park when you can walk or pay for a taxi instead?

Great location, close to main attractions and public transportation. Lovely and warm house.
One of the beds sunk in the middle and the sofa bed was extremely hard. Not enough dining and seating chairs for the number of guests.

This place exceeded all our expectations! The location was so convenient, close to everything we needed. The size of the accommodation was perfect for us, with enough space to move around comfortably. We were blown away by the excellent communication from the hosts, who made sure we had everything we needed. The added surprise of toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival made us feel so special. We also loved the fact that they had free Wi-Fi in the rooms, an electric kettle for quick hot drinks, and express check-in/-out for a hassle-free stay. It was great to see that cots were available for families traveling with little ones, and the fact that pets were allowed was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the no smoking policy on site created a clean and fresh atmosphere. We had an absolutely mind-blowing experience here and can't wait to come back!

the location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the canal and cathedral. the house itself was lovely, spacious, and warm, which was especially important since the weather was very cold. We were pleasantly surprised to find toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us when we arrived.
The hosts were also excellent at communicating with us. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the canal and cathedral. The house itself was well-decorated and kept us warm during the chilly weather. We were pleasantly surprised to find toiletries provided, as well as a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The hosts were excellent with their communication, ensuring we had all the information we needed.
The host did provide a parking permit, but finding a spot was a bit challenging. it would have been nice if the heating had been turned on for us, especially since it was March and the temperature inside was quite low.

The quiet street made it an ideal base for exploring South Devon. the clean and tidy bathroom and kitchen were a plus. the perfect garden was a bonus for accommodating our dog. We also enjoyed the close proximity to main bus routes, making it easy to get around. the value was great, especially by Exeter standards.
Felt incredibly well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
